The Position
The Deaf Support Manager will lead the provision for pupils who are deaf or have hearing impairments across the school, in order to ensure that these pupils make excellent progress. They will also support Qualified Teachers of the Deaf (QToDs) and trainee Teachers of the Deaf (TToD) to ensure that the quality of teaching and learning is of a high standard. This will be delivered through the teaching and modelling of lessons and supporting teachers with planning, preparation and assessments. The successful applicant will report to the appropriate Assistant Principal at the school.
